A pack I bought is locked

Open Shop (a grown-up check comes first) and tap Restore previous purchases. Pictuli asks your app store which packs belong to your account. Make sure you are signed in to the same store account you bought with.

Where are my pictures?

In the Gallery tab. Pictures are saved on the device as you colour and never leave it unless you share them. Deleting the app deletes them too.

New pages haven't appeared

Pictuli checks for new pages when it starts, if the device is online. Close the app fully and open it again.
